NORTH KOREAN Missile Testing are you approved for it? 

That was the first thing Alex heard in the morning.

His father is seriously watching the news on tv while his mother and sister are in the kitchen eating their breakfast.

He walks past through the living room wearing his doesn't care to look, like every day he uses to.

He opens the refrigerator and gets some juice to drink.

"Alex do you hear the news about the North Korean missile! It's so very annoying and at the same time, it's horrible..."

He looks at his sister, seriously telling a story about what she hears about the Korean missile.

"The hell I care loser..."

His sister pouted and went back to eating her food.

"Alex watch your mouth!"

His mother almost shouted.

He looked only at his mother and lazily drank his juice and he got back to his room to get ready for school... Or should I say computer cafe...one evil smile and then close his door.

At school...

"It's Friday yahoo!!!" 

His friend Zeke shouted all his might so they could get all the student's attention and because the canteen was too small Zeke did it right.

"You do not look excited at all Zeke..."

Sarcastically Lea commented toward Zeke she's our room President and number one enemy of my group of friends cause she always has a lot of complaining, problems, and always had an eye on us. In short, She's a total bitch. 

We're exactly four in our group Zeke, Louie, Justin, and me. We love online games, messing around bullying ramble, and trouble.

I stand up and walk toward Lea

I slam my hand on her table.

I lifted my right hand and cradled her face with it and said...

"You have a problem with that press."

She slaps my hand and stands through her chair.

"No...not at all, Mr. Alex Mendez. The problem is your friend is annoying and disturbing our peaceful eating session so will you talk to him to shut up and please go back to your seat and leave me alone. Before I forget I'm your President and I'm not supposed to kick you... Where wouldn't be shine anymore if I did..."

Lea sits back and resumes eating.

I clap my hands three times...

"Know what press I admire your braveness. But try harder cause it doesn't affect me."

I pull closer my face to her face and look into her eyes. I show her my fist haha I want to scare her and I think I won by seeing her face starting to get pale...

I turn my back on her...

"Hahaha"

After lunch, we head back to our next class.

"What is your opinion about the Korean invention class"

Our teacher asks tsk... how many times do I need to hear that nonsense Korean thing...

The bell rings and I almost shout in happiness. 

but not before my teacher said...... 

"Before I say goodbye I want you to get your sit mate to be your partner. I want you to make a report regarding our topic today.  ....President sorry about your partner... That's all for now."

I slightly turn my eyes on my side to find my seatmate staring at me. Whatta Heck! my mind says

"You gotta be kidding me..."

lea says annoyingly 

I heard Lea said, tsk.. as if I like her to be my partner too if our teacher hasn't seen us, there's a possibility I could escape that annoying girl but I think that was beyond impossible.

"See you at the library!!! Jerk"

I'd glare at her back since she's too fast to walk out through our room. 

How Clever...

At library

I have been lazily looking at the girl who's happened to be my partner for almost half an hour. She keeps on telling me what I need to do and I'm starting to get pissed off.

The good thing is... she already thinks of the seat. After a million years, tsk!

I quickly sat down before she thought to get up her butt again.

I feel tired so I decide to take a nap while waiting...

"Hey man, what are you doing here?"

Zeke tap me

"Come on it's Friday and the bar is waiting for us."

Louie said.

And I gladly obliged my friend I've looked for the girl I'm with a while ago but I haven't seen her. Don't tell me she left me while I'm sleeping... That girl arrgghhh...

I frustratingly left the library and followed my friends...

At bar

It's already midnight and my friend and I are drunk and wasted but we keep on drinking like there's no tomorrow.

"Cheers!!!"

I shout and my friends cheer with me too...

One, two, three... Shot

Until I lost count... The last thing I remember is I saw all the people panicking, running, shouting as in literally.

"Seriously, what is their freaking problem?" I murmur

One big blast and all my questions had been answered...

Due to curiousness, I tried to stand and I tap my friend to get up they much waste than me cause they look dead

"Hey! Hey! Get up there, something is going on out there."

Another boom! And I panic and shake them more strongly than before.

"What is your problem man!"

Irritatedly ask Justin.

"The heck get up something is going on out hell there!"

One by one my friends believed me when they heard what I'd heard.

So even if we feel a little bit of dizziness we tried to walk out to the front door of the bar. To see to our own eyes what's happening... 

We simultaneously open our mouths. And our jaw drop. I can't help it of course who's not going to be surprised if you see people scattered and dying. Collapsing buildings, rupture roads.

I am dreaming? Or too drunk? Yeah probably...

Zeke slaps Louie.

If we're on a regular day I would probably laugh at what he did.

"You stupid head! That was heavenly hurt!" 

Louie burst out

"Do you mean hell hurt? that's why I did it to you, not to myself Who's stupid head now?"

Zeke smirks a little when he says the last word luckily Louie wouldn't hear.

They stop debating when we saw a lot of soldiers and police

Seriously what is happening is there a world war or has the president declared martial law without me noticing?

I slipped out my phone into my pocket to get some information only to know I have a lot of text and missed calls came from my family. I decided to deal with it later and open my Facebook.

North Korea doesn't only test their missile but they intentionally dropped it off all over the world!

What the hell are they crazy minds up to? Do they want to end all the living creatures of the world? 

But looking around tells me their thinking beyond that...

"Attention everyone. I'm your president and I want everyone to listen and please cooperate. There's a damp track all over the city and I want you to get yourself in. We want everyone to put you in a safe place so please cooperate... there's a lot of soldiers and police who would be happy to help you. Thank you and just pray for everyone for us to pass through this crisis."

After we hear that news from the large screen on the top of the building of one mall. All we have to do is stared each other... and get puzzled 

Pray? When did I last do that? Or do I know how to? my head hurts again 

My phone rang and I absent mildly put my phone beside my ear, to hear my mother crying.

"Alex's son, where are you? Are you OK? Who's with you?"

My mom is frantically asking me if she's crying and sounds like worrying. 

"Mom relax and I'm fine."

Just a little bit dizzy.  He wanted to add but he wouldn't want to be lectured again. 

"I'm with my friends. How about you angel and dad? Are you both OK mom?" 

"We're fine and we're waiting for you in our house so we were both able to go to the safe place just like our president said on the news." 

"OK, mom sees yah."

I hang off my phone and talk to my friends. 

"Sorry guys but I think I need to go first. My family is waiting for me."

"But you haven't seen, it's not safe to walk around if You will jump that hat damp track to be safe." 

Justin said 

I shook my head

"Sorry dude if this is the last day of the world I gladly spent it with my family. I hope you did that too."

"Look your my friends and important to me as well, but I need to secure my family first"

I walked past through them and while I'm heading back to my house 

I seriously think that this is the first time that I care about my family and put them as my priority

And every minute passes my worried feeling increases every time I pass through the victim of booming damn that Korean they're lunatic. 

"Help...help... "

That was all I've heard in every corner of the city and I hate to admit it's horrified.

It's ridiculous and hilarious that Alex Mendez feels that way there's nothing in this world that can scare me. But what is this that I feel? 

"Huhuhu .....mommy... mommy..."

I heard someone is crying. It sounds like a child and it's so very close to where I am. I turn around and walk back into the fort... I found her in the back of the candy store only five steps from me. The candy store is almost destroyed and the little girl is behind one of the bottle jars of candy, she's unharmed despite all the broken glasses. 

I raised her. I remember my sister when she's this child of my hand's age. I always annoy her and make her cry cause I don't want to have a sister. I hate children, they are so annoying, irritating, disturbing, etc... But I found myself pitying this child. 

What happens to my stone heart?

"Sushh stops crying baby we will find your mommy OK."

Where on the earth do I seek for the woman I didn't even know?

I carried the child and went back to walking. 

"Where are we going?"

The child asks.

"To my house," I said

"But you said we will look for my mommy."

"But I need to check out my mommy first

before we seek for your mommy, 'is that OK?"

The girl nod and I go back from walking I stop when I notice I'm already in front of our house but I was shocked my house does not look like a house anymore It's more like an abandoned and demolished house because it's badly damaged. 

I put the child slowly while I can't take off my eyes on my house. I walked at a leisurely pace along to the gate of my house without noticing it.

"Mommy, daddy, angel!"

I wanted to shout but it looks like there something in my throat 

One by one I slowly took off all the things could block my way... angel...

At first, I said it in a slow voice until I started to shout...

while crying... 

This is not happening...

"Shhhhhhh..... stop crying everything will be OK."

A small voice suddenly interacts with him. ....... 

"Hey!!J erk wakeup! You useless wakeup!"

I slowly open my eyes Only to find a familiar beautiful face...

Even though she looks mad 

"Are you OK?"

The girl said while raising her one eyebrow. Her mad face slowly fading and change into a worried face

"Are you crying?"

I only stared at her. 

"Hey!" 

I look at my surrounding area. It looks OK like nothing happened. 

"Are you still dreaming?" 

I'm dreaming? 

All of the hell disasters only exist in my dreams.

I happily hug Lea... 

"Thank you pres!!!"

I saw her blushing... I kiss her cheek. 

"See you tomorrow press!"

I want to go home to hug my family too and to say how much I love them.
