I wake up everyday, I go to a boring work every day, and I drive home everyday.
Nothing out of the ordinary.
But their is a few fleeing moments of happiness in my day, that is when I'm driving home. Everyday I see something different. From construction workers to a marathon of cyclist racing in the bike lane. Not only, do I get to see, but I get to hear the sweet sounds of birds chirping, heavy machinery, kids playing, and sometimes even music playing in the distance. When you think of it, we don't really need radios in our dashboards, our world is our radios, and all the different sounds are the different FM broadcast station, and when you listen closely, you can hear all the different songs and beats. A bonus is the different colors, what I mean is that all the blossoming, vibrant colors of the cross roads, street lights, buildings, nature life, clothing, and the little street stands that sell
magazines, scarves, lotto tickets, and those little pretzels that always seem to greasy, but are so good. And sometimes you see rare outfits walking the street that look like rare animals that you find in the deep, deep forest. Just last week, I saw this woman who was wearing a fur coat the size of a coat-rack, and shoes that could stop traffic, another day, I saw three ladies in color-blazing outfits, walking the streets. Sometimes, I get so distracted by their outfits, that I forget where I am. Other times it's signs, like signs for 15% of pizza at the local pizza hut, or a sign for a new perfume fragrance, that every gal wants to by. The same day when I saw those three ladies, was when I saw the most funniest bulletin board ever, it was a cat hanging on for dear life while say "Don't be me, and pay your debts on time!", I burst out laughing that I almost lost control. When I'm driving with my friends, it's quiet entertaining to watch, we crack some jokes, and we look at the different views of life, and talk about what we see outside that day, or about our home life, and work. Sometimes we just try and make up stories along the way.
That's my kind a happiness.
