Trigger warning: severe injuries -At age seven, I drowned in the pool, my heart stopped. The day I turned thirteen, I got into a car accident on the way to my birthday party. Most recently, I was flying to Tennessee to visit my long-distance best friend, and the plane crashed. Each time I was in the hospital, I was prepared to die.
