For many other students at Crestpoint Academy, it was just another typical Monday morning full of redundancy and bore. But for 10 year-old Norman Everett, as he stepped through those large steel doors amongst a crowd of his (now very tall) peers, this marked a period of novelty and triumph. Author bio

Growing up in central Florida, I developed a love for the beach and outdoor activities in beautiful clear waters. Kayaking and floating in Florida's many natural springs is one of my favorite hobbies. Cooking healthy meals from scratch is another passion of mine, as well as living a holistic and natural lifestyle, and educating others in that realm. I have always enjoyed creative writing, and I have been writing fiction and poetry from a very young age as a creative outlet. My aim is that many of our young creatives growing up in today's world can know the importance of expression of art, and that it is more incorporated in learning in a fundamental way.
