The moonlight drifted pleasantly through a gap in the autumn clouds. Breathing in, you would taste rain and smell the delight of the refreshed grass and mud. Niamh shivered, not because of the cold, but from the excitement that came from knowing that after tonight she would be an adult. She couldn’t help the foolish smile that spread across her face. They now live and work in Portland after receiving their creative writing and studio art degree from Willamette University. They take inspiration from the natural world, the seasons, the moon, whitethorn trees, and flower petals. As well as history, folklore, and fairy tales.
