Clarence Roosevelt and Clementine Fitzgerald had jumped the broom. Clementine gave birth 2 years before. Named her Clare Ann Roosevelt. Clarence was happier than kids in a water balloon fight on a sizzling hot day. In a little town called Mancini, they picked the one and only church big enough to fit a thousand people inside.
