I heard muffled noises from above, I had my eyes closed with my arms and legs steady. I had no idea how long was I holding my breath but I knew I loved the pressure of the water on my body. I ran until my legs ached beneath me, I ran until my lungs were about to burst, I ran until my knees had unbuckled, the asphalt ground hitting my face. I counted the petals on the floor and double-checked the dishes on the table.
