Everything was ready for the ritual. Each item was placed right where I need them to be. I eyed the clock and walked into the house to grab a key ingredient. "Shh. It's bonfire night. It is perfect. My favourite day in the world finally arrived. I hold up the piece of fabric and smiled. Finally. After working relentlessly for the whole week, I finally could rest. My only plan today is to sleep and watch movies. No work, no distractions, just me and my empty apartment.
