Eulogy for a Friend     Richard Coggins died on my sixty-fifth birthday, four years ago. Since then, it’s difficult for me to be one-hundred percent happy on April 6 because sometime during the day, I will think of Rich. Steven Lente is a USAF veteran whose credentials include an MA in Organizational Management, a BA in Business Management, and an ASIS International certified protection professional lifetime rating. Steve has three short stories published in anthologies by Wolfsinger Press and The Desert Writers Guild; he also received Honorable Mention for an unpublished short story submitted to the L. Ron Hubbard Writers of the Future 2022 anthology. Fully retired, he and wife Brenda travel regularly with and without an RV. Their home is in Colorado Springs, CO.
