I emerge through the trees and the fog, and find myself standing at the shore of an enormous lake. There are no ripples, no waves, no reflection, and no one else. Endless and empty. Like a vast silver coin. I find companionship in it. The only unique thing I found in these empty woods. So I stay with it and circle it for a very long time. The menu was open. The tab was  highlighted. But he didn't dare press the button. He had to wait. This day had to be perfect. So he merely let the cursor hover over the tab, and resigned himself to sit until the time came.  Though as the minutes dragged on,  and crept into the realm of an hour, waiting became a chore in and of itself. He had to stop himself from moving around so much, because the spot on thick cushions grew less comfortable. He could deal with silence, but the ticking of that infernal clock became unbearable...

I am and actor, and I love horror and comedy fiction. I have been a fanfiction writer for a few years, and I have taken courses on filmmaking, creative writing, and scriptwriting at Mount Hood Community College. My biggest influenced creatively have been the works of Tim Burton, Mel Brooks, Stanley Kubric, Quentin Tarantino, Guy Ritchie, Laurie Halse Anderson, Derek Landy and the cartoon Ed, Edd n Eddy. I like to write fast paced action, snappy dialogue, and highlighting those funny mental quirks we all have. For example, sometimes I catch myself saying some complex and rhythmic phrase, and some part of me finds it so satisfying, that my lips inaudibly repeat it almost like a reflex. Am I the only one?
