Sierra Kingen is a passionate and thoughtful writer with a talent for horror and sci-fi-esque work. She has been working on novels for a few years now, but in the meantime, she is working as a full-time editor for a local town newspaper. She enjoys writing quick, creepy and thought-provoking stories that keep the reader interested long after the story is done. During her writing career, she has won one first place award for the Minnesota Newspaper Association Better Newspaper Contest for a human interest/personality story in 2023. Her journalism has also granted her the privilege to meet with Governor Walz, and to be featured on 5 Eyewitness News with her video on a school protest. Outside of writing, she enjoys singing in a community choir, spending time with her two beautiful children, and her partner of ten years. She enjoys playing Dungeons and Dragons, streaming on Twitch, and playing video games. She is a writer with a dream to someday make someone go "Wow. What a story."
