I live in northern Italy with my black Labrador. A simple life of sun, good food, writing and reading. I am a teacher, a copywriter, a translator and interpreter.
Last year I spent the summer in a medieval hilltop hamlet in Italy's Deepest South, where I wrote, and published on Amazon, two collections of short stories: 'The Wife in the Wardrobe' and 'The Perfect Fig', (dark and humorous tales of human relationships gone wrong). Published under the name S. M. Walker.
I love Chinese food and Ken Loach.
I hate technology and Italian bureaucracy.
Storyteller and empath.
