Running, To Myself They say don’t run from something, run to something. I’ve ran my entire adult life – to get in shape for lacrosse season in high school, to destress during finals in college, to combat cycles of depression, to strength my body, to run through the sickening need to be a certain weight. I am not a competitive runner, except with myself.
