Once an accomplishment member in the corporate world, later undervalued as a minion with a number rather than a name. The author chose freedom and choice, over money and security. He walked away from home and his past. For thousands of kilometers he continued to search for meaning, for passion and a future worth living. Crossing 5 countries by foot he found happiness, love and an island to settle down. With only a laptop, worth more than his entire belongings and the love for words stringed together, writing became the only currency he strifed for.
