Author bio

Hi everyone. I have enjoyed writing since I was a little girl. I remember the feeling of awe and surprise I felt in the second grade when a poem I wrote was submitted to our school newsletter. It was my first experience with offering something from myself to give to others. I had a teacher for the third and fourth grade who helped me to develop a love for reading and writing stories, and also gave me opportunities to share them with the class. When I grew older I enjoyed writing newsletters for my church, writing devotions for the choir, and sharing stories online. After the death of my oldest child, I was humbled when a story I wrote was selected to be in a Christian devotional. My hope is to someday write about him, and also write in other venues, such as fiction, suspense, and romance.
