His thin, dry lips parted like curtains, and shiny, uneven teeth greeted her, square and hard as bricks. "This is a smile", she reassured herself. But daddy's eyes didn't smile. They screamed. "So, honey..", Daddy beamed, giddy with deliberate, perfected jolliness.
