I currently have an unremarkable job, and I have been looking for a better paying unremarkable job. I am an artist (not for a living, I just am one) though I don't work on visual art much lately. I have been writing poetry since high school (1985), and have attempted some fiction writing here and there but never finished anything until recently. I entered a story in the Ink of Ages contest. Then I found Reedsy. I have often had ideas for stories, but little practice in the exercise of taking a broad concept and fleshing it out. My artworks can be viewed on Saatchiart.com
