Author bio
Like most writers, I have always been writing. There was a time I wrote articles on antiques for magazines and did interviews on shows and antique dealers. My first book was "A Collector's Book of Eggcups". I gave many presentations and was thrilled to give a lecture in Whitney, England. (I live in Ontario Canada in the summer and Destin Florida in the winter). I have written several story poems for children in the Dr. Suess style and have had great fun reading them in primary school classes both here and in Florida. I am now adding cartoon pictures to them. I belong to the Destin FL Snowbird Writers Group and the Muskoka Authors Ass'c in Ontario. Through prompts, I am learning how to work on short stories. Three years ago I wrote the history of the small village. where I grew up. I will be doing a virtual reading from the book next week from our library. "Muskoka Falls: The Village 1859-2018"
