“Zap! Crash!” Dead again. Theo Fenton died. Not actual Theo, but his avatar, StarWarzPizzaKid4658. Theo tapped buttons on his controller until StarWarzPizzaKid4658 was back up and running.  “Theo, could you turn that down, please?” Theo didn’t hear his father, standing ten feet away in the kitchen of their apartment.
