Essentially, I'm a proud nerd. A nerd who wants to claim a space in the author universe and evoke feelings, thoughts, and intrigue in my readers. I want my writings to be easily digestible, yet impossible to forget. I've been writing since I was very young and completed my first book at the age of fourteen. That book never became anything, thank goodness! I would loathe myself if that garbage had ever taken up space on someone's bookshelf. A couple more completed books have followed, each better than the last. Now I have my first completed book that I fully believe can be something. Maybe it'll just be a small selling, self-published book that never goes far. Maybe it'll become a traditionally published piece and sell millions of copies. As long as my book can be read and people have the opportunity to love it, I'll be happy. I mostly write fantasy genres, but occasionally delve into romance or drama fiction, even sci-fi on occasion (though I wouldn't say it's a specialty). I enjoy universes that become a place where people want to escape to. Where people can imagine themselves a part of that place, among those people, and live vicariously through the story. Characters are incredibly important to me. Believable, flawed, rich, dynamic characters that you love, that frustrate you, or that you hate. In turn, I find dialogue to be my favourite tool. What better way to build characters than to have them embroiled in relationships and conversation?
