The police sirens ring as loud as an earthquake, dozens of them come running by as the power has come back on. The suspects have been spotted, but the deal isn't over yet. (2 weeks prior to the blackout) Frank and Henry had just finished a smash and grab on the local liquor store. The plan was to go in quite but Henry screwed it up and decided to go in loud.
