Mynah Seren writes short fiction because it was supposed to be quicker. It wasn’t. But she stuck with it—gladly—after years of telling herself she’d write once the kids were grown, the suitcase unpacked, the stars aligned. A major injury cleared the decks, and for the first time, she kept her promise to herself: to write, and write regularly.
She follows whatever genre piques her interest—except sci-fi, fantasy, or horror (though she’s open to being coaxed in by a bold enough prompt). Novels are brewing in the distance. For now, short fiction is home.
Mynah lives in Toronto, Canada. When not writing, she reads—constantly—and tries to stay fit, building up stamina for the book tour she’ll need as a future best-selling author. 😄
