"Just a 'sec, Miss Walker," called Mallory, eyes drifting along her room to see if she forgot to pack something important. Just at that moment Matron walked in through the side door and gaped at first Mallory, who was still packing while everyone was already in the bus, then at Mallory's bag, which was so full of things Matron was tempting to run in case it exploded.
