I slip and fall hard on my back.  "Holy mother of God," I gasp as the wind is knocked out of me. I lay there for what feels like an eternity. I inhale and exhale, my stomach feeling tight and painful, and wait for my head to stop spinning. I get on my hands and knees, cursing my sister. Why, oh, why did I listen to her?
