The bailiff announced his entrance. "Hear ye, hear ye, the Circuit Court for the County of Washington, Ohio with the Honorable James E. Blanc presiding, is now in session." Judge Blanc sat down and looked at the man in front of him, draped in chains and an orange jump suit.
