TW: violence, gore, cannibalism I was absent mindedly browsing an online classifieds site when I came across an interesting ad. A wholesome, nice looking Romanian girl wanting to study in my country, seeking accommodations. I did need a new room mate since the last one moved out leaving me to cough up the whole rent each month, so I answered the ad before giving it much thought. Despite warnings from friends that claimed this is probably a scam, I kept an open mind. Somehow it felt right. In a surprisingly short time, she was a...

Blink…, Blink…, Blink… The red light silently blinked its notice to the hibernating ship. The craft lazily and silently moved through unexplored space at 100`s of kilometres a second, but inside the ship, it could have been standing dead still. I never considered myself claustrophobic, but maybe its because I have never been in this situation. The crate is too small for me to lie down and to low for me to stand. According to the work schedule, he should have been in a different location safely far away from the T-pod. The guard had no idea that anyone could come out of the machine that was exclusively used to violently decimate the partially processed Libynisium ore. This part of the refinery was the last phase of in the production of Vorkonium for the oxygen plan...

Diary preamble. I never thought of myself as a diary person. My life was simply to dull and mundane to document. That is till the middle of 2023. This was when I began to try to record the deluge of extraordinary events of that year, and the years that followed. The diary account you have found here was my underwhelming attempt to capture what I saw and what I learnt about the event that would change the course of life on earth. The Earth completely changed in a day, which took a year. A change that no living thing could deny. A profound...
