All digital artworks created by me remain the intellectual property and copyright of the Artist, unless stated otherwise in a written agreement.
Payment:
Payment for commissioned artwork must be made as agreed upon between the Client and Artist. Typically, a refundable deposit is required before work begins, with the remaining balance due upon completion.
Revisions and Edits:
Clients may be entitled to a certain number of revisions or edits to the artwork as specified in the commission agreement. Additional revisions may require extra fees.
Confidentiality:
The Artist will not share or use the Client's personal information, project details, or any other sensitive data provided during the commission process for any purpose other than the project itself.
Changes to the TOS:
The Artist may update or modify this TOS at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes, and continued use of the Artist's services implies acceptance of the update.
