Ding-a-ling! The bells hanging from the top of the door rang with a swing as she pushed through with her six-foot frame, ducking below to enter the bookshop. She was used to dodging the top of doors by now, all too familiar with the feel and sound of steel, wood, and even plastic frames when they collided with her forehead. Lisa’s apartment wasn’t messy or dirty, she preferred the phrase, “organized chaos.” It was a forest of office supplies comprising stacks of manilla folders, photographs, and paper clips that she buried herself in with her desktop computer. This was probably around his 100th visit, and like the daily sunrise, he was never tired of it. He admired the museum campus’ modern design combined with its historic past and educational intention, providing a cultural space for kids and adults alike. The campus featured three museums of science, astronomy, and natural history, with open fields accented by flower beds, and a plentiful amount of viewpoints and walkways, tantalizing and intimidating visitors with the possibilities for exploration.
