Day of All Days The barn door swings open slightly. A man barely alive is pulling himself out the door by his hands leaving behind him a trail of blood. Retired, enjoy writing, and find it therapeutic. I spend most days doing exactly that. Will I publish anything? I am not sure. Most of my writing is simplistic whereas most of the short stories I read are highly descriptive. Having an engineering background I was taught the KISS method, keep it simple stupid. I'm not sure that sells well in the writing world. I also have a Website at short-thoughts.com that has more short stories I have written.
