The Grandfather Clock Grandma Arlene’s house screamed of old lady. The wallpaper was an ugly shade of yellow, and the carpet was a dingy shade of brown. Instead of a tv hanging on the wall, Grandma had a fireplace with all our pictures on it and a small tin full of mints.
