I'm an author with cerebral palsy. I write using eyegaze software on a computer that tracks my eyes through a bar with infrared sensors which track my eyes.
While I write novels, I also host a blog where I post short horror stories and write screenplays, aspiring to become a best-selling author and a force in the entertainment industry, redefining the image of persons with disabilities and erasing misperceptions popular among the public.
Though there are many louder voices telling narratives and more powerful hands that manipulate the image of people with disabilities, I believe writing truth, sticking to my journalistic integrity, and speaking from the heart will reshape the image of people with disabilities, and allow life to imitate art.
