Her long brown hair was tucked under the pillow her head was resting on. It was five am and the sunrise shone its cold light over her small, frail body wrapped in a flowery silk gown. Her pale skin contrasting with the royal blue coloured bedsheets worried Claudia. She knew her daughter was no longer 10, yet she looked just as fragile. It had been a rollercoaster of a year.
