I am a former journalist in both California and Colorado, as well as a prize-winning poet. My work has appeared in more than 45 publications. I was the featured poet last August, via Zoom, in TallGrass Writers' and the Chicago Library System's monthly virtual open mic event. I am in a wonderful, inspiring, and published talented writer's group in Estes Park, via zoom. I live at the gateway to Rocky Mountain National Park, with my rescue Himalayan kitty, Mr. Pye, my rescue Maltipoo, Ms. Angie-lope, and sweet Moosie's spirit. I am forever grateful for the interest, encouragement ,and kind words given to me and am delighted to be part of the necessary artheart community. Together, we can save the world!
