The screaming and warbling of alarms jolt me awake. The rumbling of my shuttle vibrates my body violently. I don’t remember this part. This was new, and much scarier than all the training they put me through. Did I fall asleep? What happened? Where did everyone go? I’m alone now. Dizzy. My insides crawling to get out of me.
