Author bio

A natural ability and strong desire to write surfaced early in Joe Liotta’s life. Throughout childhood, he was continually writing stories or involved in some manner of creative project. His professional published work has included a horror novelette published by BAYONET BOOKS, short stories published by FABULA ARGENTEA magazine and SPIDER: THE MAGAZINE FOR CHILDREN, a number of fictional and non-fictional pieces appearing in MPHASIS and BUSHIDO (national special interest groups’ newsletters), poetry published by THE JOURNAL OF ASIAN MARTIAL ARTS and Nth DEGREE, and two role-playing game modules published by FANTASY GAMES UNLIMITED. Originally born and raised on Long Island, New York, he relocated to Naples, Florida in 2016 to become a fulltime caregiver for his mother Grace. In 2022, after his mother passed, and he had completed taking care of her estate, Mr. Liotta decided to focus on writing once again.
