G.I. JOE He was the only one left alive. The rest of his platoon were killed. Their bodies strewn throughout the building. It was an all-night battle. The fight took its toll on both sides. Since the enemy was on the offensive, they lost more men. Unfortunately, they had more soldiers to spare than he did. There was a pause in the battle now. The enemy replanning, regrouping, reloading.
