dris Kenç was born in 1977 in Ağrı, Turkey. After completing his education in Economics and Business Administration, he worked for many years as a financial consultant in Istanbul. His passion for writing became a journey where emotions were rekindled and hopes for the future were nurtured. His essays and stories have reached readers through various magazines and literary platforms, while he showcased the power of his pen as an active columnist for the Solucan newspaper published in Datça. Married and a father of two, Kenç now resides in Australia, where he runs a café. His first story collection, *Gardenia Çiçeği*, was published in 2022. His second book, *Kökler ve Kanatlar* (*Roots and Wings*), was released in 2025. For Kenç, writing is an adventure that erases the traces of the past and opens doors to new hopes and inspiration.
