There are so many quotes about honesty. "Honesty is the best policy" "Honesty is the highest form of intimacy" "Honesty is an expensive gift, don't expect it from cheap people". And the part that bothers Ina is they all make it sound like being honest is a choice. I guess that's what society believes, everyone is born honest and some people choose to lie.
