I work in the software industry, so most of my hobbies tend to be things I do with less computer related work and more output you can touch and feel. I really enjoy writing though, and believe I have a good feel for flow within a story. Reedsy gives me the opportunity to successfully write a short story vs my repeated failures at completing a novel :) I have taken a few story structure and other writing classes and work with a few published authors as an alpha/beta reader before publishing. Not as a proofreader, but more about things that are confusing, contradict earlier parts of the story, etc. And I love doing that as well!
