The first thing I see when I open my eyes is the dusky rose-pink patina of my dog's nose.This is what I wake up to almost every single day, and today is no different: first he gently paws my arms, his calloused footpads rough on my skin. I am a freelancer in Buffalo, NY. Short stories are my favorite thing to write, but maybe someday I'll try for a novel. For fun I like to read, watch tv, and play video games. I share a cozy home with my husband and our three cats, all of whom are very supportive of my writing!
