The city – if you could call it that – looked rough around the edges in the daylight with a largely crumbling downtown and potholes that would break an axle, but boy, did it sparkle at night. I moved to Duluth, Minnesota a year ago and I still couldn’t get over the expansive view from my small, hilltop house.
