Closing the blinds would be easy. Even bought the blackout blinders for the room but they sit on the floor now.          Today was incredibly hard. I’ve been running around the city all day, with various errands pulling me from one place to another and of course now I’m late for work. Breathing is so important. I've only done this a few times before, and the first time I pulled this off I found myself at the bottom of a pool. Coughing up chlorine for a minute, and sneezing out the rest over time. The trip was short though, whipping back home once my sinuses stopped burning.
