I know you've all heard the story of the boy who cried wolf right? Well this is about the girl who cried bloody murder! The girls name was La'Shay Whitman and ever since a little girl she'd been known to lie through her teeth for different reasons but mostly because she wanted people to think that her life was more exciting than it was. She'd lie to her friends about being related to famous people. She'd say things like "Did you know that Michael Jackson is my uncle"? Or did you know that Mariah Carey's my second cousin"? Hello, my name is Dayonta and I have been writing ever since I was 5 years old. I have written everything from love notes, poems, short stories and now even books for I have just finished writing my memoir called "Collage: A memoir dedicated to hip hop" which I am so very proud of! I have also been a hip hop artist and producer for over 20 years so I've also written tons of hip hop and r&b songs. My next venture in writing is screenplays and scripts and writing treatments for t.v. shows. I just wrote a treatment for a hip hop trivia game show so be on the lookout!lol
