A friend of mine posted a picture on Facebook today. It was Long Hollow Stormwater Pond in Pensacola. Itâs unusual in that it was built back in the 1940s as a pond to collect stormwater runoff, but it has since grown to the size of a small lake. Nobody really knows itâs back there and exactly who is supposed to make decisions about what happens to it, so itâs just staying a bit of a hidden gem.
