It’s the morning. The clouds sit high in the gray sky that glows sickly blue as the sun comes up. Donna stretches, rising refreshed, ready to start the day. Her coffee machine whirls to life. Donna cracks open the machine’s feeding maw, a complex spring and lever system that splits the machine in half, revealing a receptacle the size of a shot glass protruding from the middle of the machine.
