A single drop of clear fluid slowly bulged from the tiny hole at the bottom of the bag of poison. It grew fatter and fatter, until it dropped silently into the tube that led to her arm. Another took its place. Life and death measured out in single droplets. Every time she swore she wouldn’t watch them.
