“Rebecca? Rebecca? Oh my god. Are you okay? Can you hear me?” My teacher, Mrs. Collins, stood over my limp body in the front of the classroom. I can hear her talking to me, but it sounds far away. I'm 39, with a BA in Creative Writing, English, History, and a minor in Art History. I love storytelling and creating emotions. I am working toward an MFA in Creative Writing. I have a houseful of children, a fistful of grandchildren, and I love to read and write stories. I've only recently begun writing short stories and working with prompts and I love it!
