I hate being poor, 13-year-old Oliver Moore thought after a cloud of dust he’d brushed off an ornate dresser sent him into a sneezing frenzy. Thirteen-years on this Earth, he’d known from a young age that his family struck its claim on the wrong side of the tracks.
