Ricarda dates the header of a new page in her journal, October 9th 1978. â€śToday, I met a man at the market. He was picking through the green chile peppers. I noticed him right away, his black hair danced in the breeze. The peppers he picked had a discoloration on the back that he didn’t see. When I told him he thanked me and I handed him 5 fresh ones. Author bio

I have always been one to get lost in my thoughts, flitting through day dreams while everyone else is busy enjoying the present. I think being an only child will do that to you. I can remember using my imagination to create wild fantasies from a very young age, and that has never really changed. These days, I write poetry and am working on my debut novel.
