Bindu Saxena is a writer, editor, author, and culinary expert. She is sensitive, emotional, and childlike with a sunny disposition. She is always on the lookout to learn something new, the source regardless. Her native place is Chandigarh. It's from where she evolved from a girl with swaying ribbons and pigtails to a serious girl engaged in cancer research. Owing to her husband's carrier in the MNC and her love for travel and holiday, she traveled to more than 25 countries. Bindu is a post-graduate in Anthropology from PU, Chandigarh. She was a Senior Research Fellow under the aegis of the ICMR in PGIMER, Chandigarh. She was also part of the research team, the US AID Research Project of Johns Hopkins University, Baltimore, in India. Her flair for writing from an early age helped her focus on the written word. Graduating from the IGNOU, New Delhi, in Creative Writing gave her the necessary impetus and firmed her transition - from writing as a hobby to a vocation. Bindu became associated with Rotary International and Inner-wheel clubs and received recognition as the Best Editor and Best correspondent. She was also a part of a leadership team and conducted management games at Symbiosis Institute of Management Sciences, Lavale, Pune. She loves to express herself through the written word and was fortunate to win many contests. Winning at an International platform delighted her no end. She featured under "Interviews that Matter" by Chillibreeze Solutions Pvt. Ltd. She writes for travel and women's magazines and has self-published two books in 2020-21. She won a National Cooking competition under brand AMUL. The company crowned her AMUL QUEEN. Besides a fat Tanishq jewelry cheque, it also made a TV Ad campaign featuring her. Her Mantra: To travel any terrain - to start is the key!
